Turkish giants Galatasaray appear to have fully entered the race to sign Nigeria and Leicester City forward, Ahmed Musa, for the upcoming season.
The attacker who has already been linked with a £40 million move to Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia is also now a target for Galatasaray, Extrasportsnigeria.com reports.
On Thursday Turkish website, Fanatik.com.tr, reported that big Turkish team are hoping to lure the World Cup star to Turkey with the prospect of a UEFA Champions League football this new season.
English Premier League teams Fulham and Huddersfield Town have also been mentioned in the transfer moves for Musa who is believed would leave Leicester this summer.
The Nigeria international joined Leicester City for £16 million from CSKA Moscow two years ago. He returned to Russian side as loanee and impressed again especially a Champions League outing against Lionel Messi’s Barcelona.
Musa is again in the front burner of the transfer market because of his outstanding performances at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, especially with his match-winning double against Iceland. The second of the goals is in the race for the goal of the tournament.
