Liverpool could break the bank for Ndidi

LIVERPOOL are set to raid Leicester this summer for midfield enforcer Wilfred Ndidi.

The Nigeria international has followed in the footsteps of N’Golo Kante and is making huge strides in the Premier League.

Reports suggest the Reds have identified Ndidi as their primary summer transfer target. Jurgen Klopp is looking to add steel to his midfield and Ndidi’s physical approach to the game appears to make him an ideal target.

Statistical updates confirm the-21-year-old has completed the most tackles per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season.

It’s believed that it will take a bid in the region of £50m for Leicester to part with the former Genk man. The young Nigerian has also become a very regular feature for the Super Eagles.

It is believed a superb display at the 2018 World Cup with Nigeria should increase his worth.
