Ndidi listed football’s Most Valuable Player list

Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has been named in the 100 Most Valuable Player list, Extrasportsnigeria.com reports.

The list which was released on Monday was compiled by the sports research group, International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) Football Observatory. The document became public as Nididi prepares to step out with his teammates against Czech Republic in a friendly match on Wednesday. The Leicester City star missed the last two Nigeria’s friendlies against DR Congo in Port Harcourt and England at the Wembley Stadium.

In the latest list, Ndidi is placed at number 79 and valued at £62.7 million. He stands out among the Nigerian players as they ride on the journey to the Russia 2018 World Cup.
