Arsenal fans in Nigeria crown Thierry Henry king
Arsenal fans in Nigeria finally got the chance to crown the Gunners legend Thierry Henry a king. The retired striker has always been nicknamed Igwe – which means King in Igbo language – in Nigeria and they had the opportunity to dress up the now soccer pundit as s a king on his first visit to the country with very huge Arsenal fan base.
The ceremony was carried out on Sunday with the player getting dressed up fully like an Igbo chief.
Henry is on a visit to Nigeria courtesy of a drinks company that has invested so much in live telecasts ot the English Premier League in Nigeria.
